Mediocre, but works for someone looking to be in the Red Bank area that wants access to a garage. The garage is probably the standout feature for this house. It has a super steep driveway that feels narrow as you go past the house itself to the garage, but it is a straight shot and it isn't all that uncommon in the area to have a steep driveway. Chattanooga isn't exactly flat, and I was able to get my dually truck up it so it isn't actually that narrow. The driveway does wrap around so you never have to back down, so that's a nice feature.I don't dramatically outpace average on how fancy my own home is, but "luxury" isn't the word I would use to describe this home. It's an older home in an older neighborhood that has gotten a fresh coat of paint and some minor interior upgrades. If you have a pet looking to use the fenced in yard, I hope it is either very small or lacks energy. The fenced in area is roughly 15ft x 20ft or thereabout, so it's not like you could throw a ball to tucker out your pooch. If you like to walk your furry friend (or even just yourself), then you'll likely want to load up in the car. All of the roads in the neighborhood are steep, windy, have no sidewalks, and have steep ditches; adding up to making walking nearby less than ideal. Also, the outdoor dining furniture pictured in the listing doesn't seem to exist any longer. That spot is in a corner of the driveway, but the furniture was not there for my stay.
