We visited the Aquarium, Rock City, and Coolidge Park. This was a lovely place to stay and has restaurants within walking distance. It was a nice place to stay.

Property was up to date and very clean. Karen was on top of returning messages. Very easy to communicate with. If you are not technically savvy, definitely read the directions carefully to get in that are sent to you. We tried to make it harder than it needed to be. After you get through it once, it's very simple. Property is very nice and must be nice enough for celebrities to rent also because we must have had the cast of "Stomp" in the condo above us. Absolutely not the condo owners fault, or anything they can do about it, but good gawd. Who walks that much in 1000 sf all day and at weird hours at night??? You will see the bed is noisey on other reviews, and it was, until I moved the bed closer to the wall and stuck a roll of paper towel between the headboard and wall. Redneck, yes, but it worked. The noise stopped and we didn't have an issue after that. All the furniture, including the bed, are quite comfortable. Easy to get to Rock City, Ruby Falls, and obviously the river walk is right there. In all, it was a good stop and what we needed as a break on our way home from Florida. Thanks for allowing us to use your property Karen.

Very clean and modern place, close to everything you’ll want to explore, great communication from the host! It was everything we needed while my daughter was attending an event at the Conference Center. I was able to continue my remote work in a great environment, plus take some time to walk and enjoy the city. If we are ever back here, I will 100% book this again!!

A very clean and freshly updated condo near the river not quite 1 mile from the Aquarium. Parkway Pourhouse is a sports bar directly across the street. We ate there the 2 nights we stayed. Great food and staff!We would definitely stay here again!

QR code didn’t work for us had to use the backup code the whole time. Loved the apartment.Upstairs neighbors are very loud. Master bed is very noisy and very soft mattress. We enjoyed our stay would definitely recommend a stay here! 8/10

The condo was perfect. Little things like coffee, paper towels, spices and all matching dishes. Very professional condo. Will be back for a third year in 2026 if the Good Lord is willing. Chattanooga is a great little town.

A wonderful place to stay! From the start Karen was very friendly and had quick responses to my questions. The space itself was perfect - the instructions to get in were clear, it was extremely clean and fit a family very comfortably. The location was also amazing! Right on the water and an easy walk to downtown. All in all a great experience.

Great location, clean and comfortable. Love the pool after long day exploring the town. The only issue was the upstairs neighbors/noise late at night. When people walk upstairs the light fixtures makes lots of noise on mater bedroom. Perhaps the light fixture can be updated or removed to avoid this noise.

Very comfortable and great location

The beds at this place were nice and comfy. The whole place was very clean and comfortable (good shower pressure, nice closets, etc). The owner was very easy to communicate with. The location was super convenient. We enjoyed walking down to the river.

Great Location

Great location for active people. The aquarium is about 6/10 of a mile away and easy walk. Great ability to walk along the river and the restaurant across the street was outstanding. Host was communicative and was supportive of our needs.
