Great stay! Easy check in, walkable to town and restaurants, cleanliness was excellent and host replied within 10 minutes with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

This cute little downtown story is accurate. We walked everywhere, coffee in the morning, lunch, shopping and dinner all within walking distance. Cute two master bedroom on top, stylish hangout living space and kitchen. Plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels. Would definitely stay here again.

The hosts are very responsive and eager to help facilitate a successful stay at their property. The home is very inviting and has all the amenities I can imagine needing. When I mentioned a concern about having expensive music equipment in our car, the hosts offered parking in the garage which was a great help. Two things to keep in mind - Broad Street is very noisy at night and I needed ear plugs. Also, there is a street light directly outside the bedrooms the the current blinds and curtains cannot blackout. I mentioned this to the hosts and they are looking at addressing this issue. Like I said - the hosts are very helpful!! We definitely enjoyed our stay - it's a really great location within walking or biking distance of most things you could want to do in Chattanooga!

Great Location

The location was excellent we were able to get around Chattanooga easily. We did not take advantage of the bikes as the weather was a little unpredictable. The beds were comfortable and we had everything that we needed.The hosts were especially accommodating making sure we were settled comfortably. Plus they had a record player and a GREAT album selection!! 10/10!

Great Getaway

We loved our stay here! Very clean (minor issue that was communicated, but just an oversight), very bright and open floor plan. You are looking into a business parking lot but no big deal. Walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, and close drive to downtown. We truly loved our stay here and would not hesitate to book it again. We loved Chattanooga...even with all the rain. Thanks for everything!

we walked to everything

We loved this place. It was so close to downtown and had a garage for parking that we loved. It was us 3 ladies and the garage made us feel safe plus didn't have to pay for parking. We also loved the record player and records. Beds were comfy and showers had great water pressure.

Perfect girls weekend!

I stayed here with a couple of girlfriends for a quick mom’s getaway and we will certainly come back! Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, liquor/wine store…so convenient and the home itself was so clean and comfortable. Excellent communication. We have only positive feedback!

Incredible Experience

Been to many vacation locations and this was the best yet. The owner/property manager was a great communicator-timely and thorough. The accommodations were up and above expected-it was super clean, incredibly inviting, easy to get to, great parking, perfect location for navigating to places we wanted to visit in Chattanooga. I went biking everyday (had my own e-bike, but 4 bikes were provided if needed). We took a riverboat ride, went to tow truck museum and played unlimited pinball. Everything just a short distance away including a fantastic coffee shop in easy walking distance. We loved it and will gladly recommend to others as well as stay ourselves should we come back. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Great location!

Really enjoyed our stay at Southside Story! Great communication from owners and easy check in. Convenient private off street parking. Location was perfect. Grocery, restaurants, shopping, attractions all within minutes. The home is beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable! There was some street noise but that was to be expected being in the downtown area. The owners provided sound machines in each bedroom. They literally thought of every detail to make guests feel at home. Highly recommend!

A Good Place

We were in Chattanooga to help out with child care while our daughter attended a conference at the Chattanoogan Hotel. We liked the proximity of this place. It worked well for our needs. Very clean.

Ladies Getaway

Everything was exactly as stated in description. Location was everything! You must visit Mad Priest Coffee House on the corner. Pizza Bros is across the street and was delicious. We ate at Mean Mug Coffee House the 2nd day. Also a must. We went to Puckett’s and the Aquarium. Nothing was more than a short walk or short drive. Rooms smelled clean. We felt safe. would recommend!

Great Stay

We had an excellent experience with this location. Comfortable, spacious, and highly convenient to downtown Chattanooga. Listing was accurate to description. Thoughtful host provided multiple white noise machines which covered street noise nicely. Beds were comfortable as were the linens/towels. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials. Offstreet private parking was very nice. Overall, excellent place to stay, would recommend and would rebook.

Exploring Chattanooga

We had a great time in Chattanooga, it was a perfect place to spend a long weekend! The townhouse was so easy to find, we literally got off the highway and made two right turns and we were there! The unit is right on the edge of downtown and we easily walked to many of the restaurants and train station-such a great location and surprisingly quiet! It was nice to have a driveway big enough for two cars with the house, but there was always parking along the street as well. This house was very comfortable-lots of stairs and we’re older so we did leave our bags on the main floor (there’s a bench in the dinning area that served this purpose great), but the stairs ended up being fine and we recognized the beneficial exercise 😁. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. Both bedrooms had nice beds/bedding, both had en suits and one had a balcony overlooking the street with a side view of the mountains and sunsets-very nice! We had a great time in Chattanooga-it was a very cool city and we’d certainly stay at Bradley’s townhouse again!
