This little paradise is surrounded by nature yet only 14 km from the town of Château-Chinon, where you will find everything, you need: supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies. It is also centrally located for visiting beautiful towns such as Vézelay, Autun, Nevers, Dijon, Beaune.

This holiday home is equipped with every comfort:
fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms; 1 with a king-size double bed, 1 with 2 king-size single beds, 2 bathrooms; 1 with shower and toilet, 1 with bath and toilet, living room, washing machine and dryer, garage, room for storing bicycles, for example. The terrace overlooking Lac de Pannecière (where you can also swim or fish) is the perfect place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. The gîte is on the ground floor of a large villa. The super friendly, helpful and very discreet owners live on the upper floor. The icing on the cake is, of course, the heated private swimming pool located on the beautiful grounds (1 hectare).
