LAKEFRONT COMFORT

  • Disfrute del ambiente relajante de nuestra amplia y acogedora casa en el hermoso lago Champlain. Esta casa reconstruida fue construida originalmente en 1840 por la familia que da nombre a nuestra bahía. Para respetar su historia, se conservaron los pisos de tablones tallados a mano, lo que le da una atmósfera encantadora y cálida. Pasee hasta la fogata y el patio junto al lago para disfrutar de espectaculares amaneceres y atardeceres reflejados. Escuche el graznido de los colimbos en las noches de verano. Juegue en el agua, perfecta para jugar con niños. Tome un kayak y salga del muelle para disfrutar de la paz y la belleza del agua. Contemple el impresionante follaje otoñal o el suave estallido de la primavera en el norte de Inglaterra.

    La profundidad del agua al final del muelle es de aproximadamente 1,00 a 1,20 m. Si desea usar el muelle para su bote, tenga en cuenta que hay rocas que debe evitar en la entrada. Debe traer sus propias defensas para protegerse del contacto con el muelle. No dude en estacionar su bote y remolque en el jardín delantero, reservando así la entrada para vehículos de pasajeros.

Michelle was very helpful throughout the trip and answered promptly, the property was what we expected it to be, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Well stocked house, beautiful location, great place for family to get together. Host was very helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again if in the area.

We had a wonderful week at on the lake at this house. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and the lake access is a great spot to swim. There is a firepit and tables lakeside that we enjoyed immensely. Note- There is one bedroom on the main floor as well as the kitchen, living room, and 1.5 baths. The other 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are upstairs. The stairs are steep which makes upstairs access a challenge for some.

Great place to spend graduation weekend

Beautiful lakefront location.The house has four bedrooms including two master suites. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. It was a great place to spend graduation weekend with my family.

Oh my gosh it was so lovely staying here with my family including small kids and a baby and my parents too! Beautiful home that was so spacious and clean, Michelle was easy to get in touch with, and the lake was just beautiful. The kayaks and paddle-board were a favorite with the kids and also there were toys the kids enjoyed playing with inside the house. We didn’t need to leave but we did venture out to check out Point Arouche (spelling?) park where there is a small beach and my youngest kids enjoyed that. The Causeway for ice cream and Guses for Michigan’s…. Vacation in upstate New York was complete! The yard is also amazing we brought bocci to play! We didn’t get a chance to do a fire or anything but maybe next time. Thank you so much!

Beautiful house right on Lake Champlain. Modern well-stocked kitchen. 4 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. 4 bathrooms. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large backyard going to the lake. Kayaks and life preservers for recreation. We were 3 older women staying here and everyone loved it. It would also be an excellent place for families with kids. Our hostess, Michelle, made sure the heat and air conditioning was comfortable for us. A wonderful experience!

The house was clean and beautiful! It was very comfortable for my extended family to gather and plenty of room if someone wanted quiet time alone or to work. The beach, although somewhat rocky, was nice to sit w a beach chair and book and have your feet in the sand. Family enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard. We made full uses of the beautiful firepit area for sunrises and evening smores. Very much enjoyed day trip to both local state parks W/ beaches-Point Au Roach & Cumberland. My sis and I enjoyed a morning @ Alice Miner museum. A few of us spent a cooler/overcast day in Montreal.Wonderful trip!

We rented Michelle's lake house for graduation weekend so we would have enough space for family and friends to stay or drop in. It did not disappoint! Everything we needed was there. I've rented several VRBO properties but I think this one was the most well stocked of all! From towels, sheets and blankets to dishes, cleaning supplies, TP and paper towels everything was there. We just had to show up with clothes and food! It was super clean and enough space for the 10 of us who stayed plus visitors throughout the weekend. The downstairs suite was perfect for my elderly parents since my father has mobility issues. It was very comfortable for him. Michelle was so easy to communicate with and laid back so we didn't feel stressed at all in this space. She even left a gift for our graduating daughter. I would highly recommend renting especially if you have a SUNY Plattsburgh graduation. It was only about 20 min to campus.
