On reception they gave us the key and the hotel was in another building so we had to find out where it was and since it was dark it was confusing
For breakfast the food was not fresh
We arrived late on the airport to get to the hotel passed through a very bad streets (losts of protitution) i dont know if it is the city but it made me feel insecure”

“Rude staff at the front desk. Confusing naming. There are maybe 10 other buildings called Bali in the city. And once you get to the right complex there is no indication that the hotel is hiding at the back of the property. This isn't a particularly great look for a hotel. People that visit a hotel are likely to be there for the first time.
The internet connection is completely unacceptable. Less than 1Mbit.
Room smelled of smoke.
