Great location

Una casa estupenda para una familia de 5, tres habitaciones smplias, con camas muy comodas, 2 cuartos de baño y un aseo, buen jardín con barbacoa y zonas comunes comodas y funcionales. La ubicación inmejorable en el centro del pueblo. La limpieza,correcta sin más, habia cosas a mejorar, seguramente la casa llevaría dias sin alquilar. Sin duda un sitio para repetir

The house was in very good condition just a 5min walk into Bourton-on-the-Water we were 2 couples who thoroughly enjoyed the experience and had more than enough room in the house

Very well situated and well equipped. The house was very comfortable. Nice to find a basket of children’s toys which excited the 2 year old ! Would be nice to have shampoo provided but that’s a small point as overall the house was lovely and exactly as described

Charming and spacious home in the amazing village of Bourton on the Water. Clean, quiet and well appointed. Having the car park and the garden was an essential bonus.

Great Location and lovely house

The house is situated very near to the centre of Bourton on the Water, but far enough away as to not be disturbed by the tourists. Bourton on the Water has really lovely cafes, pubs and supermarket (open until 10pm) and other shops. We went in September and it was comfortable to walk around the town. The house is lovely and clean and the welcome pack was much appreciated. There are few areas that could be improved slightly but not anything that would disappoint your stay. Great to find a 3 bedroom (all rooms are a lovely size, along with the comfy beds), 2 bathrooms and 3 car parking spaces - ideal for 3 couples to stay and one dog! Great location for visiting other areas in the Cotswolds as well.

Great village location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kimkeri. It was especially nice that we could park the car behind house and then spend most of our time walking to everything. Our granddaughter was thrilled to have a playground so close. The place was very comfortable and well equipped.

We were very pleased with our accommodation. Clean and well resourced. Several sitting areas was a bonus. The location and parking area was great. Enjoyed so much, we’ve booked again. Would thoroughly recommend Kimkeri.

Great location

Great location in Bouton-on-the-Water. Everything was within walking distance of shopping and great restaurants and bakeries. We were even able to walk to a few other Cotswolds villages via public footpaths. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was superb. Overall, a very nice stay.

Lovely cottage stay

My family and I loved Kimkeri. It is a comfortable, lovely cottage. We loved the easy walk to restaurants, shopping, and of course the water and ducks. We’re sorry we couldn’t stay longer and enjoy more time in the backyard, especially.

A thoroughly enjoyable family break at Kimkeri.

Kimkeri is a spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable house very close to the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water. The garden and provision of ample private parking were great assets.

Great location, comfortable house.

Nice house in a wonderful location, easy walk into Bourton with a park right next door which was enjoyed by the grandkids. House is well equipped if a little tired inside, kitchen could benefit from an upgrade. One thing missing was a stair gate which would have been useful when visiting with a 1 year old! Bedrooms are a lovely size and the beds comfortable. The garden is lovely and well maintained. Plenty of parking at rear which was great. We did return on the Sunday to an unfamiliar car on the drive, on questioning them on their return they had parked there to visit Bourton as they believed they could as it didn’t say ‘Private’ ! Overall a nice house to stay in.

Kimkeri The Place To Stay

Four generations of our family spent a week at this lovely house. Communal areas on ground floor were ideal for family life. Two supersized televisions and large dining table provided great spots for the family to gather. Kitchen was extremely well fitted out. All bedrooms had comfy beds and adequate storage. Rear garden was large and had the weather been warmer would have been ideal area to relax in. House is in an ideal spot to access the village.

Excellent location to village

The property was ideally located for access to the village which had plenty of places to eat and drink, as well as a small but well stocked supermarket. The property had an enclosed garden which is ideal for dogs. Nicely furnished with all the required amenities. Two bathrooms both had showers but no bath. Downstairs toilet very useful.

Nice week in the Cotswolds

Had a great week at the house. Lots of outdoor time. The garden was perfect for the dog. The Gardner came the week we were there but I think it’s needs more upkeep, looking a bit scruffy. The recycle bin was overflowing, as I presume it’s picked up on alternate weeks. The house was great for summer and easy to get into town.

Great place for my family

What a perfect place, in a perfect location, in a gorgeous part of the Cotswolds! Kimkeri was a lovely cottage and so spacious! 3 really good size bedrooms, 3 sitting areas! There was only my husband and I, and our 2 year old but we would have easily had another 2 adults comfortably stay with us. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen was really well equipped. Bourton on the water was wonderful and it was less than. 5 mins walk from Kimkeri to the centre of Bourton. The bonus was the 3 parking spaces and playground at the end of the road! We would definitely stay here again when we’re back in the Cotswolds.

Home from home

The house is extremely well equipped with high quality gadgets. Central location with parking. It is very spacious with ample room for 6 people, ideal for a longer stay. Arrival and departure times could be improved by adding an hour each end to make it more comfortable. Email contact did not work but phone was answered immediately and issue resolved promptly. Would happily return.

A perfect home and location for our Cotswolds adventures

We stayed for two weeks at Kimkeri and we don’t think we could have found a better situation for our needs. The location to Bourton on the Water and the bus line were ideal for mornings and evenings in the village, and a bus line for our many day trips. The home had three snugs which allowed us to spread out and have time alone as well as together. The backyard was where we spent most morning and evenings, enjoying the gardens, the apple tree, the birds. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen suited our needs. We would highly recommend Kimkeri to anyone. We loved coming home to Kimkeri after our days adventures. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

A Nice Escape in The Cotswolds

House in a superb location for everything in Bourton & Bourton was central to wider area for places we visited. Customer Service was very responsive. Some lovely touches and extras in the house but some basics missing (Dishcloth, Washing up bowl, Cheese Grater, Measuring Jug, bin bags) which one would expect for the price. Assured these will be replaced via a text by return so I have no doubt that they will.

A relaxing haven in beautiful Bourton

What a treat! We stayed with our two children and grandparents. Beds are huge and comfy. Plentiful blankets. Huge fluffy towels. Everything you could want in the kitchen. Thoughtful extras in condiments and toiletries. Massive TV screen, big fridge... the owners are very generous and it makes the house feel like home from home. Kids loved being so close to a good playground, we loved the garden furniture, church bells and easy walks onto the village and fields beyond. We also worked from home whilst grandparents looked after the kids and found WiFi speeds good with 2 of us working. Definitely a place we will return to.

Very disappointing

The property was not as described and had numerous faults. The freezer in the fridge was frozen over, their was mould above and in the shower, the shelf in the kitchen and above the floor in the living room was peeling, and there was a terrible smell in the kitchen. The ,location was excellent but this could do with a good deep clean and touching up peeling paint work

Lovely property but issues with drainage were not dealt with

I would have loved to have been able to give a great review. The house is in the most perfect location, well presented and with all the home comforts that you could possibly need. On arrival the house was clean but there was a smell of drains which appeared to be coming from the kitchen sink. Overnight the downstairs toilet blocked and the top floor hot tap broke. We reported this first thing Saturday morning and got a text to say they were busy with another problem. I chased things again in the afternoon and returned to be informed the tap was fixable but they were trying to get a drain company to look at the drainage issues. We heard nothing more from anyone from this point on and were left to sort the issue as best we could. We avoided using the kitchen except to make drinks. We felt very let down with the support offered. At the very least some further contact would have been appreciated just to see how things were or an offer of some bleach (we purchased some ourselves).
