Lost power multiple times. Werent told it was on a pay as you go meter. Took hours and multiple ph calls to get it topped up. Absolutely no communication with host. Lost tv channels, noone came to rectify it. 5 days without tv. All amenities we needed. Damp patches on the ceiling and walls where there had been a leak at some point. Very disappointed with the lack of contact to sort things out that went wrong.
