“This hotel is excellent if you need a comfortable place to rest before a flight. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and the room was quiet and relaxing. However, we had one major disappointment — the pool was closed during our stay, and we were not informed in advance. We only found out after getting fully ready and heading downstairs, which was a complete waste of time. A heads-up at check-in would have made all the difference. “Clean room, hot shower, comfortable bed. Staff was very polite and accommodating. I had a late flight, arriving after midnight and they were very helpful. Some of the best service I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was excellent and a lot of variety. More protein than a hotel usually has, lots of fruit, salad, stir fry, and decent coffee.”
