“Perfect for business travel”

“The room was very spacious and had all the amenities that you expect from the Quest brand. The single beds were tiny, so made them uncomfortable for sleeping on and I ended up sleeping on the couch. The staff were terrific and the location was perfect. It was a 2 min walk to the Chermside shopping centre, 10 mins to the Services Club and the Indian restaurant next door was the best that we have had in a long time! Will come back if they invest in king single beds.”

“Beautiful clean room with a very comfortable bed and good sized shower head. The mini bar included was delightful (yet not all used). The lighting is a standout as well. Such a beautiful ambiance with no horrendous LED’s. Absolutely delicious continental breakfast is included with option to purchase different menu as well as room service or dine in the restaurant options. Oh and the view of the stunning tree covered in fairy lights is amazing. Will definitely be staying again!”

“The staff were excellent and very welcoming. However, after a long flight we really needed rest and a chance to recharge our devices. There was not one USB outlet in the room which was very inconvenient. We were also disappointed that there was no hot water for showers in the morning.”

The décor feels premium and well thought through, and overall the physical environment is a strong highlight. However, the service fell short of what I would expect from a five-star property. At check-in, there was no staff member to escort me to the room or provide a brief introduction to the hotel facilities and room...
