“We loved the home with its location to the creek. We were in the water fishing the entire trip. Easy access in and out, especially to Bryson City. Quiet and scenic. We were able to launch at Alarka Marina even though the creek was a bit low, which was so convenient. Our son even had a visit from the Easter Bunny. We can't wait to stay again during the summer to take advantage of the high water. ”

“This property was large enough that our multigenerational group of 8 had plenty of room to spread out when needed. Our group loved the fire pit as well as the air hockey table. The walk to the dock is fairly long and does include lots of steps, which we didn’t realize when we brought our kayaks. We ended up driving to a launch site which was way easier. The house was perfect for us as each bedroom was it's own 'master' bedroom and had PLENTY of space/beds to accomidate our needs.The view from the back of the house is amazing....just overlooking lake Santeetlah.Having access and use of both garage spaces was VERY helpful as we had a number of cars and they were always on the go.We've stayed here in the past and will likely stay here again given the chance.”
