I have had good luck with other vrbo’s but this one no so good. The house itself was great inside just as advertised. The outside sitting area where the fireplace and tv was absolutely filthy. We had to clean it just to use it. Between the bird crap and the carpenter bees it was a mess. The biggest issue was with the management company. We were no aware of needing a gate code to get in. Then when we finally got ahold of the management company after having to drive away from the property to get cell service. He gave us the wrong code ( he said just use the house code ) we drive back that code doesn’t work. We leave the property again to get service. This cost of 3.5 hours of our vacation just because of poor management. The Blueridge area is great but I will look at different options next time. One last thing I love it when they say sorry for your inconvenience but there is nothing I can do.
