“We had an amazing stay! Communication with the owner was incredible — they were super responsive and always available by text if we had any questions. The check-in instructions were super clear and made everything easy. The house itself was really clean and well taken care of, with a beautiful view and all the amenities you could need. “We were very disappointed with this property from the moment we got there. The photos on line show beautiful flower baskets around the property. They are all dead and filled with actual garbage. The yard has garbage lying around. Broken hot tub, broken shed and doors, not kept up. The railing outside is loose, garbage under the stairs. The hosts responded within minutes if we had any questions, the chairlift is right out the front door, and they even had toboggans for the kids to use after the hill closed !! “We had a wonderful time! The host was in communication with me before we left and in contact our first night. The house is huge, lots of room for our large group. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is huge and is nicely outfitted. We had a short walk to the nearest ski lift. At the end of the day the hot tub was marvellous. I would definitely stay here on our next trip to Silver Star.”

“This condo was the perfect on-hill accommodation for our family of four. The first bedroom has bunk beds that were great for our kids (12 and 14). The beds were quite comfortable.
