“The upstairs gets really hot even with the portable/c unit provided 2nd tv room not very useful due to heat. Some items in description not available like personal toiletries left as notes and no travel high chair. Also no gazebo. But a plus is they have beach toys to use and the backyard is huge. Kitchen stocked to cook. The host is also great with communication. Location is PERFECT. Neighborhood is safe and quiet”

“This particular experience with a VRBO rental was not a “Blue Ribbon” experience. Once stepping into the backyard and seeing the condition of the height of the grass/weeds, the Pine needles covered seats scattered haphazardly around (sort of) the backyard Dining table which contained a hole in the center for an umbrella (yet no umbrella?!?)That in & of itself sort of spoke for the interior itself. Don’t get me wrong our dog loved the secure fenced yard! The home was clean enough, but the tiny...

“The property is huge and well appointed. The host was extremely responsive. We stayed five nights over a holiday weekend with all our kids and grandkids. Since the house is split up into several different suites, each family unit had their own space, while we still had space to get together. The kids loved the large yard for playing. The proximity to Indiana Dunes State Park was great for beach days. The only downside had nothing to do with the property of the host. We brought our dog...

“Host offered nice amenities. First night was lovely. Fiddkehead had great food. MC proper is beautiful. It would have otherwise been a very nice trip. Beware: This is a duplex with a top and bottom unit. Our second night was sleepless, with a rowdy party all night even past 4 am. Pounding up and down the floor. Scraping of the heavy metal kitchen chairs along the ceramic tile floor. Loud music. At one point we thought there was a fight. Police were called twice. Beware that there is nothing they...

Marquette Park among other places was one location we couldn't miss on this trip. The house is very spacious and well-designed. We loved in particular the open concept.
