Man, I have to say, this one takes the cake! This place was one of a kind. We sat on the back gravel area, watched the elk graze right in front of us while watching the sky turn colors as night fell, listened to the turkeys gobble in the distant woods all while keeping our toes warm from the fire pit. Ada and Rob are amazing people. They take great care of the property and the unit itself. It has all the makings for a great getaway. Close enough to town but away from it all when you want. My son and I had a great time, inside was clean, has all the stuff you need for coffee, food, electric kettle, great water pressure and all the view you could ask for. I will be back 100% and highly recommend it!

It was absolutely amazing, There hosts were beyond helpful and made the place feel like home away from home, great consistent communication as well as not being the over bearing hosts you see on those vacation commercials lol, everything that was listed was there and avaliable. And as far as price per night. Definitely worth my money and will probably do it again here soon but for longer stay.

This was my first time using vrbo, the owners - Ada and Rob were excellent to message and they answered all my questions. An absolute beautiful setting, the room was perfect in every sense - clean, welcoming and very well kept. I would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arose. I am not much of a city person and finding this option was a no questions asked type of situation. The views in the pictures are exactly what you get - the sunrise is amazing! Look no further than The Cozy Clifftop View for your next trip, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful property with spectacular views. Quiet and cozy. Cottage has amenities above and beyond expectations with adequate snacks, morning beverages, dishes, games, and comfy bedding. We spotted elk, deer, turkey, and bunnies on the property and loved watching the sunrise and moonrise above the valley mountains. Property is the most dog friendly property we have visited. We kept our pup on leash as he would have run off in the sunset with a bunny he spotted, but they do allow dogs off leash at the discretion of the owner. Close to town, but far enough out to forget you are near conveniences. Highly recommend this property and not only would we happily return. I have recommended the property to family and friends. Can’t wait to return!

Great Setting and Dog Friendly

Beautiful view and great set up. A separate location from the host's main house, with the ability to check in at anytime. Large outdoor area that is perfect if you have dogs.

Beautiful place to stay

Beautiful location with pretty views of the surrounding mountains and valley, including 49 Degrees North ski area. The unit was very clean and new-looking. Nicely decorated. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was NOT as advertised. It was not suitable for 4 adults and misrepresented by VRBO and property owner in my search for property for 4 adults. Confirmation of this was requested from property owner prior to guests arrival that there was in fact accommodation for 4 adults. This property is suitable for two adults or a family with two children. Our party of 4 older adults refused to stay more than one, very crowded night, before leaving to stay elsewhere and PAY again for two rooms suitable for 4 adults. We deserve AT LEAST A PARTIAL REFUND!!!!!

Enjoyed our stay

We were not able to be here long… only one night but it was a cute , clean, cozy spot to stay. It was well supplied with what we needed… she had coffee, coffee maker, tea, snacks… We would recommend it to others and would gladly come back. The view was amazing.

Cozy Indeed!

Beautiful hilltop location overlooking Chewelah valley. We stayed during particularly weather and the roads were well graveled and easy to drive up. 4 wheel drive may be advised if staying during poor conditions. Views are gorgeous and the accommodations were clean and comfy.

Private and relaxing

We enjoyed our time together with our three dogs with no worries about them being comfortable and safe. Our hosts introduced themselves and we got to meet their two dogs. There was lots of space to walk outside. The long driveway is well maintained. The place was perfect for us and we'll be staying there again.

so glad you reached out. we suddenly received a text message that a delivery was going to be made early on Sunday and since it weighed over a ton, we did not want them to deliver it to the wrong spot so we canceled the rest of our trip and headed straight back to Shelton without coming to stay with you.
