“The team was very responsive when we did not get the check in details email It’s a good rental but be warned there are a number of stairs that are not in great condition to get in which was very hard for our handicap elderly dog. ”

“First, don't trust the Google Map image for this property. It is dated and this is a legit small multi-building apartment complex. The unit is clean, comfortable, and close to all you need to do in Laramie. I completely appreciated the care and maintenance of this unit for the extremely affordable price. I will stay again, if it is available, but I believe it is a popular stay. Really excellent host.”

“We stayed one night in this well appointed basement apartment on a road trip thru Colorado and Wyoming. The checkin process was simple and straight forward. We were so thankful to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer to use during our stay! The basement was quiet and allowed us to recharge. The views are spectacular from the large basement windows. Our boys loved watching a movie on the projector/screen while lounging on the comfy sectional sofa.”

“I loved staying here! It was spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities. It’s right in the downtown area, plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. It does get rather noisy during high traffic times and on certain mornings when the pub below gets their food shipments at 5 am. Some of the windows don’t seal all the way which makes it noisier. “This property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and we had plenty of room. The location is convenient to pretty much everything in town. The host was quick to respond with questions and great to work with. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Laramie!”

“It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos.”

Front door lock box instructions were okay, but had to press the star on the fob scan pad to get the fob to activate.
