Excelente hotel
Excelente estadía con un personal del staff dispuesto a ayudarte en todo. El desayuno es a la carta y tienes varias posibilidades para escoger. La habitación era cómoda y limpia

Bien ubicado
El hotel esta bien ubicado, puedes caminar a los templos, museos, cafés y restaurantes y tiendas. El personal es muy atento las instalaciones son excelentes.

Beautiful boutique hotel with excellent location
Our stay in Chiang Mai was awesome! The hotel has only 32 rooms, it is beautiful and very clean, the staff is cleaning all the time. Breakfast is included and it is a la carte. The menu has many options. We tried different dishes every day and each one of them was delicious. There are also 2 "occidental" options. The staff is very nice and helpful. They give you indications and set up transportation for you. The hotel is located in the main tourist area, there is a temple in front of it. There are many massage places around it and 2 cafes/restaurants in the corner. I definitely recommend to stay here!!

Amazing Boutique for First Time Travelers
What an amazing little hotel! This is a great place for first time visitors to Chiang Mai. Great location near plenty of shops. Food is great and room and service is even better. Will definitely be staying again in the future!

Lovely Hotel
Makkachiva was exactly what I wanted. Hotel was in the heart of the Old City but quiet and peaceful. Staff were lovely. Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Location was fantastic, right down the street from the Sunday Night Market. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to get around by tuk tuks.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel located in the heart of the Old city with very friendly staff. We checked in easily and were shown to our room. The hotel has a no-shoe policy so you remove your shoes in the lobby and they provide you with slip-ons to wear around the hotel. I loved how relaxing it is and the fact that it's located across the street from a temple adds to the ambience. The hotel is an art hotel and features beautiful artwork throughout as well as lanna reliefs in each room. It is conveniently located with shopping spots within walking distance and is down the block from the Sunday Night Market. You could easily use Grab or a tuk-tuk to visit the Night Market, which is also close by. One of the best aspects of this hotel is the breakfast! The menu is robust and delicious, and the serving is very generous and filling. I definitely recommend giving this hotel a try if you're spending time in Chiang Mai!

Great but not luxury
Great hotel. Pictures are a little better than it is. The location is great, the room is small, and the amenities just average. Shoes have to come off and average Thai-size slippers are available. The real deal is the breakfast. It is per menu but with menu choices and great quality. Would stay again.

직원들이 매우 친절하고 숙소도 아주 아름답습니다. 정갈하고 차분한 느낌입니다. 요청 사항이 있을 때 직원에게 문의하면 늘 친절하게 응답해주었습니다. 조식은 메뉴에 있는 음식을 주문하면 직원분이 항상 정성스럽게 준비해주셨습니다. 선데이 마켓을 포함해서 올드시티를 여행하기에 더할나위 없이 좋았습니다. 다음에 다시 치앙마이를 방문한다면 꼭 다시 이 곳에 머물 생각입니다.

The property from the entry way, to the courtyard, to the hallways, to the rooms is beautifully decorated and has such a peaceful feel. The staff is friendly and kind. The location is perfect. There are lots of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Several tour companies pick up and drop off at the hotel. The Saturday Night Market starts right at the end of the street.
