Great location and well furnished. Dean (owner) was super accommodating as well. My wife and I very much appreciated the hospitality and enjoyed walking around the area. There’s a great little Italian restaurant around the corner - I believe it was Amano’s…. The service there was excellent. We’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in Chicago.

Nice place, great location!

Everything was easy about our stay. Easy check in, Dean was responsive, street parking available and close proximity to great Chicago neighborhoods. This garden apartment was spacious and comfortable, very clean and orderly and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay!

Easy to get anywhere on the city; neighborhood is safe & quiet. Plenty of fun restaurants & bars nearby. Would stay here again.

3 day 2 night getaway

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for a long weekend. We had a good time, the amenities are great, the neighborhood is wonderful, and the hosts were hospital! The furniture is for smaller framed people, but everything was in great shape and we enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic place in great neighborhood

Very nice place to stay for a few nights in Chicago. It is located in a great neighborhood with quick access to the Brown line and local restaurants. The apartment is very clean, very well-equipped, spacious and quiet.

This was a very clean and well appointed property in a nice neighborhood. It was perfect for the two of us and very convenient to Brown line train station. We will stay here again!

Great location and large unit

The rental is in a great location, convenient to many attractions. The rooms are large, the bathroom newly renovated, and the kitchen fairly well appointed. The host is as responsive to requests.

The Damen Stop was absolutely lovely! The apartment was clean and cozy and exactly what we needed. The walk from there to the brown line was super convenient (and nice to walk around when the weather was nice:) and helped us get everywhere we needed to. Dean and Diane are fantastic hosts and I’d stay here again if I ever came back to Chicago!

Great Place, Great Stay

Top notch communication for this awesome rental. It was clean, close to the Brown Line, in a safe neighborhood, and furnished nicely. We definitely will try to stay here again as we visit Chicago often.

We loved our stay

We were impressed with our accommodations and all the amenities provided by our hosts. They clearly care for their property and the comfort and experience of their guests. The apartment was quiet and in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

Great location on Damen

Spacious and clean apartment with every amenity, including lots of free street parking right outside the door. Definitely recommend and plan on a return visit, too.
