🐾 Pet Policy Notice:

Only cats are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $75. Cats must not be left unattended unless crated or confined, must observe quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or extra cleaning required due to hair or odors.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
