The apartment was exactly as advertised, the location was perfect for food, shopping, and just an overall lovely neighborhood experience. The elevator was an unexpected convenience (especially after the race)! I appreciate the host was very communicative throughout the stay, especially when I made a last minute request for late check out.

The rooms were clean for the normal cleaning but they don’t go beyond that. Thick layers of dust on door frame, trim and bathroom fan. The check-in information was not sent to us. It took almost 30 min to get in. Once received no issues. Overall worked out for what we needed. Loved having Marianos next door. The restaurant Wilde (a few storefronts down) was good food.

Photos of the property are accurate. It is in a great location, steps away from restaurants and shops. The neighbors are quiet and it was perfect for our four days in the city. Communication with the host was fine. We will definitely stay there again.

We are very happy with our stay! Big comfy bed with good bed lining, a proper kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and everything was clean and nice. This place has everything you need! And communication with the host was excellent. Truly highly recommend!

The place was as described on vrbo. So many restaurants right on the street and all along N Broadway. Internet worked well for all my streaming. Washer and dryer was a huge benefit for me. Bed was comfortable.

Very clean and cozy spot in a great neighborhood. I would 100% stay here again because of how many things are close by. The unit itself is modern and secure. The building also has an elevator which is hard to find in Chicago.

This property was wonderful to stay at! It was compact but perfect for our purposes. It was extremely close to the restaurants on Broadway and also Mariano's, but we were towards the back so there was no noise at night. Extremely quiet and clean! The lock to the apartment door can be a little difficult but stay with it! Lakeview is a lovely walkable neighborhood.

Very clean, great neighborhood, tremendous value

Property and location were great. Tons of places to eat and grab a drink if that’s what you’re into. Close enough to wrigley to walk. Tremendouse value! Only issue was check in. I was instantly booked but then asked a bunch of verification questions and questions about my guest and our trip. Felt like these should have been asked up front. They were also being asked by a property manager so communication was a little tricky. Need to be more transparent about that.

The property was fine; the location is fantastic. Good restaurants. Red line is 10 min. away. The property is a small group of units in a 4 story building. Common area carpets are worn. The lobby area has rugs taped to the floor. The management waited until the morning of the day we were to arrive to give us the address. They texted us from a separate phone number, NOT from the VRBO app. I texted back that we'd landed in Chicago and what were the entry instructions. The person replied: "As our building management requires us to pre-register the guests we allow in the units, kindly send us the following: - Reason for the stay - Full names and age groups of all the guests in this reservation - City and state of origin - Are you bringing pet/s? -Best number to reach you" This is AFTER they'd accepted our reservation weeks ago. I supplied that info, and whoever the person was (never identifying themselves) said they'd text us from another number. From this new number, they said the building management wanted to get to know us better, and wanted my LinkedIn account. I said I didn't have that and then they wanted other social media accounts. I called VRBO at this point, and their representative told me definitely NOT to give them any more info. He called the property, and soon, I received information on how to gain entry. They never communicated through the VRBO app. I never received exit instructions. It felt very shady.

I love this home , great for just a couple get away. Only 11 minutes from downtown . Oh and please pay attention to parking signs we got most of our parking for free !! From 5pm-8am . I will definitely stay again . Kristine was awesome with communication and mad sure we were comfortable

I had a great weekend vacation. Kristin had great communication, and was so willing to help when I encountered a problem. My main issue was finding parking spot at first but there is one located right next to the location, which i found really useful If I do come back for another Vacation, I will definitely book this spot again. I had such a great time and loved the atmosphere .
