Had horrible time during check-in and checkout-out.
I chose this property because i needed a house type space and facilities. House is good to stay, nice location, need improvement in doing some deep cleaning once in a while i guess. Property is in first floor, so have to climb the steps. There is where my horrible experience as I travelled as family includes my young toddlers from India with multiple luggages. After arrive at the address only noticed there is no elevator/lift in the building. Stuck, no secure place at downstairs to keep the luggages, even for temporary until I move the luggage one by one to 1st floor. Left all the luggages on pedestrian, put my family inside the door to watch out until I drag all the luggage to house. Same way I did while checkout.
Request the property owner 2 things:
1. Please highlight clearly on the ad that rental house is on 1st floor and no elevator/lift. This will really help people like me to make informed decision.
2. Clean the steps once in a while. Its dirty. I can understand in winter its normal, but still you can maintain some clean.
