Absolutely loved this property! It was in a prime location—walking distance to the river, extremely clean, and felt very safe and secure. The view from the balcony was a dream, and it quickly became our favorite spot to relax. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to the housekeeping and management team: my friend accidentally left her designer wallet behind, and not only was it turned in, but management also overnighted it to us at no cost. Truly above and beyond service. Highly recommend!

Luxury loft 703 is a wonderful stay for a large group visiting Chicago. Great space for relaxing and catching up with friends. Wonderful location — easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, river and lake front. Parking limited (only one space for the condo) but easy access to nearby parking booking.

Family trip to Chicago

We had five people stay in this unit, three where teenagers. We loved the unit and its layout. The place is much bigger than the pictures look. It has everything you would need including laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. There was a great Target right across the street that had a Starbucks. We were less than a half mile to the river and restaurants. It is such a great location. Oh and the views were amazing. The fire pit and heater outside were such a bonus. The beds were so comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets. We loved staying in this unit!!!

Our stay was everything we had hoped for. Spacious enough to accommodate us and super comfortable! Check in was super easy and so was access to everything else. I’ll definitely be booking again in the near future!

Very new spacious condo that sleeps a lot of people and has plenty of space to do group things and have nice conversations. The location in River North is very close to just about anything in Chicago that you would like to do.

Fantastic stay in Chicago

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Chicago! The location was perfect - right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the city. The space itself was exactly what we needed for our group of 8, offering plenty of room for everyone. The floor to ceiling windows provided stunning views, which were an absolute highlight of our stay.A special shout out to the front desk, who provided impeccable service and made us feel at home. The host was also incredibly responsive and communicative, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay.I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well serviced place to stay in Chicago!

We had a fun time

The unit is beautiful and more spacious than we thought. Excellent location and view. We felt secure with a private elevator entrance. It looked like they are installing an outdoor kitchen on the balcony. That will be cool for the warmer months. We could not locate a light out there in case we wanted to sit outside. It was November but unseasonably warm. The unit was very clean with a minimalist style. It is obvious that this is a rental unit and nobody lives here based on the quality of some amenities like towels. But we had everything we needed except for extra toilet paper. Our parking spaces were occupied however the door person was extremely helpful and kind all weekend and really helped us out. They made checking in and checking out seamless. We appreciated that! Overall, I would recommend and stay again. I would just recommend the owner to improve quality of some of the included amenities.

Overall, the condo was very nice! Plenty of room! The doormen were extremely pleasant and welcoming. Good location, convenient to restaurants. My one issue/concern is that I communicated 3 times that the balcony door would not lock and the issue was never resolved. Safe? I think not.

Exploring Chicago

The Space was even more spacious then I had imagined when booking! The location is very central in River North which made it very easy to get to anywhere in the city. There are restaurants and grocery stores less than a 3 minute walk away as well which was very nice. The space is modern yet cozy and the balcony is GREAT. Very easy check-in/out and the front desk staff was very helpful.
