They sent out a long list of surprise house rules days before check-in with a message that they'll let you cancel if you don't like it. It's a little late to change plans at that point, they need to share all of that before you even book.The listing wasn't fully accurate either. Parking isn't optional, it's first come first served; we were counting on a spot and almost didn't get one until I raised a fuss about it. It was fine, but too expensive for how run down it is. Most of the blinds were broken. The windows were so poorly insulated you can hear conversations on the street below like they're in the other room. There was only one bowl in the cupboard. It was a place to stay, but not what you might be used to from a rental.
