My stay in the Pilsen neighborhood was excellent! The property was clean, felt safe, and well managed overall. When booking, I didn't realize that AllSet Turnover was a property management company- but it wasn't an issue. If anything, having a team running the inbox meant the response times were very fast whenever I had questions.Check-in & check-out were incredibly easy! The front door has a keypad code and then the unit itself has a lockbox with a separate combination for the apartment door.I especially appreciated that there was a brand new sponge for the kitchen sink and that the hand soap and dish soap were full and clearly labeled. The door in the main living space is a fire escape (not for daily use), so the main door opens into the entry way connecting to the bathroom and kitchen. The closet is quite large and well stocked with hangers, ironing board, iron, first aide kit, vacuum, broom, etc. I stayed in the space for about a week and ate breakfast & dinner in, so having the tools to keep the space tidy was a positive for me. My trip occurred during a cold spell in February, and as someone who doesn't usually deal with freezing temperatures, it was nice that the company sent reminders about keeping the thermostat on and dripping the sinks to avoid frozen pipes.
