Place was incredible. Convenient location to wrigley in a great neighborhood and was very clean. We will definitely stay again!

Our stay was more than perfect! Location was excellent, the house was exactly as described if not better, and the host was an amazing communicator leading up to the weekend itself. Would 100% recommend this property to people in the future. We had the best time!!!! Thank you so much for everything!

Just spent 4 days at the house with a group of moms and daughters. We were in town for a concert at Wrigley and this house was perfect for that (easy walking distance). Also walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The house had everything we needed, cute decor, and plenty of beds. I’d highly recommend staying here if you can.

We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of parking for everyone too. I was surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was with everything to make food.Only issue we ran into were some of the outlets didn’t seem to have power randomly throughout the property, but not enough of an issue to matter.

Great place to stay when visiting Wrigley Field. Rooms and bathrooms were all nice, and plenty of space for a larger group.

The home was so clean and had such nice attention to detail. From the earplugs and noisemakers in each bedroom for a sound sleep each night, to plenty of coffee beans and K-cups to choose from each morning. We loved our time there, and the neighborhood was wonderful.

Great host with great communication. Great space and neighborhood. Unfortunately, it’s right next to a commuter rail line that is very loud, which made it very difficult to get restful sleep. Perfect otherwise.

We loved staying in this luxurious home! Everything was provided for us, an abundance of towels, linens, pillows, coffee, and lots of beds that were very comfortable! Very comfortable! The master bathroom is a special treat. We stayed here for 3 weeks while our home was getting renovated. It was a wonderful home away from home and we will miss it!

Great layout for a big group. Clean, huge kitchen and living area that allowed for gathering and hanging out. It felt big but cozy.

Great Location to go downtown & Wrigley Field

Great experience staying here. There were 4 kids and 4 adults and were all very comfortable. Loved how walkable it was for food, such a cute area. Loved that we could go downtown easily on the brown line but then go back home away from the crowds. Felt super safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

This was the perfect stay. The house had everything we needed and the best were super comfy! We enjoyed the front yard, the ample space and the A/C. The house stayed perfectly cool no matter where you were sleeping. There were so many places within walking distance, the street was quiet and we had a wonderful time.

Sensational Stay in Chi-Town

The Eddy House was perfect for our weekend get-away with our close family friends. There was plenty of space for all of us (11 in total) to relax and enjoy our time together. The house was clean and comfortable. A special mention for the multiple options for morning coffee - that was a big hit for our crew. Thanks so much for hosting us.

Katie’s Bach party

Check in was simple. The house is well stocked with everything you might need. We had 11 adults here for 2 nights and a Cubs game. Nice walk to the game and other places nearby. Our host was very responsive. Would stay here again!

The host is outstanding! Very responsive and helpful. The home was in a great, walkable location. It was clean, updated and well stocked with the basics. I especially appreciated how clean it was. You feel more like you're in a hotel than someone's home. .

A great house for a large gathering. However, it should be known that you’re next to the train (very hard to sleep in the back half of the house) and one of the bedrooms is actually a garage.

Wonderful!

The house is chic, so cute, clean with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay, from a small to relatively large group. It worked absolutely perfect for our needs! I also could not say enough good things about Collette - she was so responsive, accommodating and lovely!
