location for any traveler. Just steps from the Blue Line and all the action on
Division St and Milwaukee Ave, you'll be in the heart of local favorite
neighborhood Wicker Park, while still being able to quickly get downtown to
visit the must-see sights. I provide all the essentials to make your stay easy
and comfortable! Toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens and even coffee
and tea! Don't miss out on this gem, book today.
General Policies:
Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please
include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your
inquiry.
Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation
without refund.
Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full
duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone
else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.
Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all
posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps
like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

Wicker Park Home
Loved the location. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Beds were top notch! Very safe neighborhood. Immediate response from the rental agent/landlord when the nest thermometer was not working at 1am and we needed heat. The only negatives are you can hear the residents upstairs but nothing annoying - very quiet at night and the unit has a mild musty smell. All in all, we enjoyed staying in the apt and would consider renting it again.

Nice, but…
Place was good but, very cold. Chicago winter! Thermostat difficult and didn’t seem to hold temp. Bathroom lovely & spacious but all marble/tile so condensation was a problem. Couch looked & felt like it spent hard time in a frat house. Rug had crumbs on it when we arrived. Kitchen good. Very poor communication.

Good, but misleading
I'll first say that I had a good stay here in the summer. The unit was clean, and we had no issues with the amenities. However, this is very much a garden unit - the ceilings couldn't have been more than 6.5 feet high at their highest, which meant as a taller person I felt like I had to stoop to not hit my head walking around the unit. They also say that free and metered parking is available "in the area", but finding parking was a nightmare because so much of the nearby space is permit-only. Providing a temporary parking permit for the guests would have been a huge QoL improvement, and every time we left the unit by car we would spend 10-15 minutes circling around trying to find a spot when we got back.
