Best Location and 2 bedrooms

My brother and I stayed here and enjoyed all the great restaurants within walking distance and being a few blocks to the “L.” My only complaint is the 10am checkout as most restaurants aren’t open until 10 if you want to grab breakfast before leaving.

The code to get in the house did not work, and it took 1 hour for us to get the correct one. There was no sense of urgency at all. We had a few issues with the toilet, which we manage to fix with the plunger. Overall good stay, but would not recommend due to bad communication.

Not our best vrbo

The property was clean and in a nice area. We were going to be displaced for a bit and asked for a check in before 4 pm. We were told we would have to pay for a whole extra day and our request could not be accommodated. When we arrived for our 4 o'clock check in, the code to the door lock would not activate. We stood outside in the cold for an hour before we got a response to the dilemma. There are baseboard heat runs that apparently don't work? Small space heaters were supplied, but we were cold during our stay.The property was well appointed and had everything needed for our stay, but the problems outweighed the good. Short stay

My family and I had a short stay here. It was a nice little place. It is a garden unit. Water pressure was nice. Had some little extras like fans and coffee. Getting in and out was easy and had access to laundry but didn't use. Parking was street parking with no permit. Not always a ton of spots but was always able to find one.

Chicago right off the brownline

The place was perfect.in every way. Comfy, cozy, and did not smell like mold as one other review i read indicated. The owner obviously cares about this home. Small details made our stay that much better. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Amazing apartment in the Northside

This is a great, comfortable and practical apartment in North Chicago with easy train access to main sights, including Wrigley Field, and downtown. The check-in and access were easy and the concierge was very helpful. The area is very pleasant as well, with great shops and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chicago.

Scumbag host, moldy garden unit

I booked same day due to an emergency with my house. Walked in, it smelled damp, walked back out. Didn’t spend a single night. Spent the next two weeks fighting this scumbag host to not change the fill 11 days. They fought tooth and nail. Billed for the full stay, didn’t stay a single night. No recourse for guests. No accountability for hosts. This host is a disgusting human being. Cares about money only. I had to dispute with Amex. Don’t stay here. VRBO is a joke and RedAwning the management company is a shill for bad hosts. Worst VRBO experience ever. And actually after this awful experience I’ll never use VRBO again.
