Beautiful 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, segundo piso de 3 plana por encima de French Bistro. Los techos altos, pisos de madera, cocina totalmente equipada, justo al lado de línea marrón. A 6 cuadras de la Avenida Michigan o Bucle, Starbucks al otro lado de la calle.

Aparcamiento incluir de acuerdo a la disponibilidad si se solicita al momento de la reserva.

Un gran espacio ... Gran ubicación. A pocas manzanas del distrito comercial de la avenida Michigan y bloques de bucle centro. estación de la línea CTA Marrón lado de la calle. River North galerías de arte a una calle al sur. Gran Comedor, Millennium Park y todo lo que Chicago tiene que ofrecer sólo unos minutos. Divvy estación de bicicletas alrededor de la esquina. We visited for a wedding and this was the perfect location nearby. There were restaurants, coffee, and a gas station all within walking distance.

The property was extremely nice and clean! Exactly the way it shows in pictures. Linens were fresh and bathrooms were pristine. We highly recommend! Great location to Michigan Ave and all restaurants in the River North, Gold Coast and Loop area! The owner is great and very responsive! Thank you for a great stay, Dean!
My husband rented Dean’s place 30 years ago! It was fun to see it again!

Location was perfect! Directly across the street from a brown line L station and walkable to the red line. Perfect for transportation to the northside southside, and all points of Chicago.

Terrific, very clean, and centrally located.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The rock and roll decor was great, although it took us a while to recognize Dimebag Darrell! Check-in was easy and Dean was very easy to to deal with.

The condo interior was perfect! Loved the music vibe! The exterior noise level was unbearable! The loud music from the restaurant below until 2am. The people on the street yelling. It was unbearable.

Very central location. Safe area. Can walk most places. Public transportation is near by to go anywhere you need to go. Great decor in the apartment. Very clean. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Would stay again when we come to Chicago

Fun stay

This was located in a very good distance to be able to walk to most attractions and had many necessities near by as well. Apt was nice and overall added to the Chicago experience.

Perfect pad for concert weekend in Chicago

Our teen kids, partner, and I had the pleasure of staying here for a weekend of concerts. The property was clean, located amongst restaurants with easy access to tourist venues, and the host was responsive to the one inquiry we had. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing Space

Stayed here while in town for a wedding. Such a cozy space that we were able to enjoy with friends. So many unique pieces of furniture and memorabilia. Dean was also super communicative and accomodating.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in chicago. This place is very convenient! We used both the brown line and red line and we were able to get everywhere we needed to be. Loved the parking spot.

Perfect location and so nice!

We stayed here to celebrate my son's graduation from Moody Bible Institute! Location was perfect, the kitchen is well stocked with all of the needed supplies to cook. Plenty of room and we felt very safe. Dean the property manager was so helpful for anything we needed.

We loved the rock and role theme and how close the property was to downtown we walked to the Hancock building. Super easy to get on/off the brown line.

Cool apartment and fun neighborhood

I stayed with two friends, and it was a really fun time. I’d never stayed in this neighborhood, but it was pretty lively with lots of places to walk to eat. We were slightly confused about the parking situation when we first arrived, but the owner was communicative, and the space made sense once we got into the apartment and could see that we were in the right spot. The living space is really large and functional, and we loved having some privacy with the bedrooms where they were placed. The on-site laundry was great as well. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect Birthday Weekend

Second time back to this property and will be back again. So convenient being right across the street from the L platform, especially when it was cold. The apartment is full of fun decor and so comfy to have as a home base after exploring the city. Walking distance to a lot and a quick train ride to the rest. Thank you, Dean, for another great, long weekend. Such a wonderful place to stay while we play.

Cool Rock N Roll Stay

Very cool space. Great location near Red Line (1/3 mile walk) and Brown/Purple Line (200 meters walk) Included parking spot was a huge bonus. Owners were very responsive in communication. It is a 2nd floor apartment and there is not an elevator - stairs are a bit steep.
