Broken microwave, broken stove, took 30 minutes to figure out how to get the dishwasher to stop beeping. City noise is pretty bad. Check in was not smooth. Beginning 24 hours from check in, started asking for check in information. Host would not provide an ETA for the information required to check in. The morning of our stay - still no check in information after requesting again. When we arrived at O’Hare airport the afternoon of our stay received additional request from host for another credit card before they could provide us check in information. When we pointed out that the additional credit card should not be necessary - more waiting. Note, that this reservation had been made a month before our stay. We began to think we were being scammed. Didn’t receive necessary check in information until we were in our rental car and headed toward the property about an hour before the check in time. Fairly stressful way to start our holiday.
