Espectacular ubicacion y el apartamento tiene absolutamente todo lo que uno tiene en casa. Muy comodo y altamente recomendable. Para mi es mejor que la mejor suite del Marriott en Chicago

We loved are stay. It was very clean, so spacious, centrally located with restaurants and shopping nearby. A grocery store right next door and a minute away from Eataly and Nordstrom. How fabulous. The view is spectacular and the communication with the owners was excellent. I cannot recommend more. The doorman was also a lovely man. Great trip.

Only place to stay in Chicago!

Absolutely amazing spot! This is truly an amazing space! Being able to have an entire condo with amazing amenities - probably the best in the city of Chicago - and its location is un matched! I was really worried because of the reviews, but please ignore those! This is a high-end condo. Not a hotel. If you want to throw huge parties and trash the place, go somewhere else! It's a sophisticated condo with high standards! This is why it appealed to me. James, Jim, and Jeri-Lou were amazing to deal with. Informative and very insightful. They are very direct and want to keep their condos immaculate and in good standing. I can respect how hard they work to keep their property in perfect shape and to respect the entire building and it's occupants. The condo is super spacious, and the deck is unbelievable! Wake up early and catch the sunrise around 4:45/5am...it's unmatched anywhere else! It's a fully loaded condo with everything you might need! Amenities are out of this world. You won't lack anything here! I already can't wait to go back to Chicago and stay here again! Thank you Jeri-Lou and team for all you helped us with!

If I Hit The Lotto, I'm Moving In

Home away from home. Breathtaking skyline views. Accommodations include a fully appointed kitchen, dining room, living room w/ fireplace, and laundry room. Since this is a condo, the downside is no room service or turn down service. I found Uber Eats solved the room service issue and there is detergent in the laundry room. The pool area is gorgeous. A complete gym, dog run, b-ball court., business center, and more is available on premises. Owners are responsive and accommodating, however guests are expected to tidy up on the day of departure. Throwing a rave isn't an option as you are a guest in a residential building.

Wonderful penthouse

Amazing location, pristine and appropriate if traveling with many family members. Rooms are comfortable. The location is central to downtown and close to high end restaurants and shops. A super market is located next door which is quite convenient. I would stay there again and again.

If this place is available, hurry up and book it!!

Our hosts were responsive and helpful. It’s a great location in the city. Convenient to the train, grocery store and plenty of attractions. I lived in Chicago for several years so I wasn’t in need of much guidance. The layout of this one bedroom is phenomenal — four people could stay in 5207 without a problem. Hosts were pleasant and responsive. Impeccable views and the unit was well equipped without being cluttered.

Beautiful condo in the middle of downtown action.

Beautiful view from 43 stories up of Lake Michigan, downtown. Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well-appointed with all utensils we needed. Gas cooktop in the kitchen and a beautiful gas fireplace in the living room. Phone conversations with the owners was very very pleasant and the information they provided was extremely thorough.

Nice sky condo

The condo is so nice for its location and hight. The Penthouse is walking distance from the magnificent Ave. We stay in #4 and it is in the 51st floor. So much higher and better than any other hotels at the same district. The apartment is very clean and the furnitures are new and high quality. It has two bedrooms and two sofa beds, all very comfortable. And the upstair bedroom is quiet if you want more privacy. Jeri is very nice to help and figure our what we need for our stay. Our family is very happy about our stay.

A home not a hotel!

Our family loved the condo; the location was perfect and we were happy that we could park our vehicle and not touch it until we left! The kids enjoyed their first subway and bus ride and have a new perspective on what it is like to live in a big city. We will definitely contact you again for our next trip to Chicago and have already recommended you to our friends who like to travel. We stayed at Penthouse #4 which had two bedrooms with a king and queen beds as well as two pull out couch's (doubles). Slept 6 comfortably, the pullout beds were really comfortable! Nicely decorated and all the basics of home. Fun atmosphere and the kids enjoyed petting all the residents dogs.

stay at the grand plaza definately exceeded my expectation. I hesitated to choose grand plaza at first because it is not a hotel I used to book. But, it turned out great and better. This place is spacious, all the amenities set, good neighborhoods and location. I would come back for my next visit to Chicago.

Great time at The Grand Plaza

I brought my wife to Chicago and we stayed at The Penthouse at Grand Plaza. It was her first time to Chi-town and we had a very nice stay. Everything was top notch - from working with the owners on arrangements, to the condo and its surroundings. With so much to do in such a short time I definitely have to bring her back and The Penthouse at Grand Plaza will be my first contact. Thanks for helping to make our stay so enjoyable.
