The entrance boxwood garden which is enclosed by beautiful wrought iron fencing is a hint of what awaits you inside the exquisite vintage building. The interior of the unit is grand & open. The living room, dining area & kitchen over look the tree tops through the seven large windows. The finishing touch in the entertainment area is the Italian marble fireplace.

On the Evanston Border, only 1 mile from the quaint downtown home to shops, restaurants and of course Northwestern University. Loyola University and Park on Lake Michigan are only 1 mile away, a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk.
Just 6 blocks to the Union Pacific train that takes you to the heart of the city in 15 minutes. Ravinia Park which is an amazing out door concert venue is reachable by the same train in 20 minutes.

Walking distance to the Red Line as well as bus service so you can reach the city center with in 20 minute. This is truly a great place to call home while exploring all the wonderful things that Chicago and the wonderful North Shore communities of Evanston, Wilmette and Kennelworth have to offer.
