Downstairs also benefits from a practical utility and laundry room with outdoor access and a separate downstairs WC. Upstairs are the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large master bedroom enjoys a king size bed and full width windows facing south towards the sea. The master en-suite has a large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite shower. The third bedroom has twin beds which zip and link to form a super-king if required and the fourth has a king size bed. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share use of the family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.

Cirrus is well located for both East Wittering village and West Wittering beach. Howard Avenue sits at the far western end of East Wittering village so a short walk down the beach to the white sands of West Wittering. A cut through just along from the house to Marine Drive West means that Cirrus is no more than a minutes stroll to the beach.

There is off-street parking on the drive for up to 3 cars.
