A loveley place to stay .

Right on the beach, a lovely walk along the coastal path and easy access to the local shops ,pubs etc and just a short drive to other local areas like wittering and Chichester.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay with our cockapoo, the property was very clean and had everything needed for a short self catering stay and its just minutes from the beach and a large green/playground

Selsey apartment

The accommodation was ideal for two people. There were plenty of pubs and cafes within walking distance and the sea was a one minute walk.

Comfy chalet for 2 near Selsey Beach

Clean and comfortable accommodation for 2 with a spacious private patio / garden. Excellent location with Selsey beach 50 yards away. Lovely walk along the coast to the nearby Lifeboat Inn for an evening meal .

Lovely place to stay in Selsey

It’s a lovely newly renovated property in Selsey. Everything is brand new and feels that lots of effort has gone into making sure that the property looks great and guests have a good time there. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and the hosts were very friendly and easy to deal with.

Peaceful and well located, perfect for a weekend stay

This property was perfect for our family of three. Lynne and family were very helpful and communicative. A great spot for Selsey and an easy drive to West Wittering. Everything was spotless and we had a very comfortable and peaceful stay.

Good holiday experience

Excellent accommodation, comfortable, well equipped and quiet location. 5 minutes to the beach. Pubs, shops and other amenities walking distance. Located with easy access to other places of interest. Hosts were very friendly and knowledgable.

Short Break

Self contained with own garden space, lovely and quiet. The beach is literally around the corner. The property was lovely and clean, we had a very enjoyable stay. Lynne was very welcoming and was on hand if we needed anything.

Dog friendly in pretty Selsey

A short weekend break with my dog. The rental is spotlessly clean and has a fresh decor. Fully enclosed garden with opportunity to meet hosts' dogs via picket fence. Excellent location next to the green and the pebble beach. Very dog friendly area with great walking opportunities. Would love to return.

Excellent. Had a wonderful stay. Very clean, modern a great home from home. It was perfect. Brilliant position, near the beach and nice walk to local pubs and restaurants. Hosts extremely friendly and thoughtful nothing too much trouble. Loved it.

Beautiful, relaxing few days!

My son and I had the pleasure of staying here over a few days. The hosts were so awesomely friendly and didn’t mind my two small dogs! The let was spotlessly clean. It is steps to the beach, which was uncrowded and dog friendly. I would highly recommend this let to anyone else lucky enough to be able to stay here!

Review

The property was beautiful, spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and lovely garden. Milk,teabags, hot chocolate and coffee sachets there waiting for us which was a nice touch. A couple of minutes walk to the beach, lovely coastal walks and great food in the nearby pub 'The Lifeboat'. The couple that owned the property were lovely and friendly. Would definitely recommend this holiday let and we hope to return.

Perfect location for a coastal break!

We enjoyed a fantastic few days staying at Marlyns . Lynne and Mark were excellent hosts, welcoming & accommodating. Marlyns is a well equipped annex with everything you could need & more for short stays. The garden was a fab addition for the dog to be able to roam. Great location, just a moments walk to the sea front. Lots of lovely local walks, local pubs & places to explore. We hope to be back!
