Bosham Harbour and Saxon church are a short walk away, where there are cafes, restaurants and a pretty pub overlooking the water. This is a perfect location from which to explore the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event.

This is a pretty end of terrace home in the popular harbour village of Bosham. The house has 1 King size bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and a small single bedroom. There is one newly refurbished bathroom and a downstairs loo. The sitting room is bright and airy with comfortable sofas. This leads on to the dining area which has large French doors to the rear private patio garden area.

There is private parking for two cars round the back of the property. The village of Bosham itself is perfect for walking around or there is a car park down near the water front. Buses stop nearby taking passengers to nearby Chichester or to Portsmouth. 1 mile away is Bosham Train Station for trains to Chichester, Portsmouth, Brighton and London.
