This entire home is yours to enjoy. Plus, its backyard is secluded with a hot tub, providing you with a private oasis.

Additional Details & House Rules:

🏊🏼‍♂️ Hot Tub Maintenance – The technician visits on Monday and Friday mornings to monitor and maintain the spa. He will access the back patio but has no need to enter the home.

📻 Road Noise – The main county road runs nearby, so you might hear some road noise on the front porch. However, the house is well insulated, making the inside peaceful and quiet.



🚗 Driveway and Road Conditions – The road and driveway can be a bit narrow and steep in places. Please drive carefully. You are responsible for your vehicle and any potential damage to it or the landscaping. There is ample space to drive and park, but caution is essential.



🏡 Rural Georgia Charm – This home is nestled in rural Georgia, offering a peaceful, slower pace of life. You'll enjoy beautiful natural landscapes, wildflowers, and a mix of restored and newly built homes. However, like many rural areas, you may also encounter less polished aspects, such as cars in yards or trailer homes.



🛏️ Occupancy and Fees – This open-concept three-level home accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, only while including smaller children. This amount of people ONLY works when using the toddler bed and/or pack-n-play for the last few guests. An additional $10 per person (including kids) will be charged for guests beyond six.



🚗🔑 Garage Access – The garage is not used for guest vehicles; it serves as the game room.



🅿️ Parking Limit – Up to four regular-sized cars or two cars and one oversized vehicle. Parking is only allowed on the pavement. Those who drive off the black pavement will incur a fee for lawn repair.



👶 Infants – We welcome infants, but please note we do not provide outlet plugs, foam guards, a crib, or a pack-n-play.



❄️ A/C & Heat – The thermostat is programmed to reset automatically at 10 AM and 5 PM daily, ensuring efficiency when the home is unoccupied. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort when home.
