The luxurious and exclusive "Lola Sea Villa" is 200m from the coast and only 10 minutes drive (6 km) from the center of Chiclana de la Frontera. It also has a swimming pool all year round. On its 2 floors and 200 m² of living space it consists of a living-dining room, a very well equipped open kitchen, 4 bedrooms (see room distribution below) and 4 bathrooms, so it can accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities of this design house include Wi-Fi, fitness equipment, air conditioning )(with heating function), washing machine, dryer and several TVs. In addition, if requested in advance a crib and high chair can be provided, making it perfect for people traveling with children. Through the sliding glass doors of the living room, which can be opened completely, you can go out to the unique outdoor area. There, a 24 m² infinity pool, an outdoor shower, a comfortable seating area, a barbecue and sun loungers await you - everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Please, note that the swimming pool can be heated during the winter months at an additional cost per day.

There are restaurants and supermarkets within 750 m and the nearest bus stop is 600 m from the accommodation. A short walk through a pine forest will lead you to Barrosa Beach (8 minutes walk; 700 m).



There are two parking spaces available on the property and others on the street. The indoor parking has a charger for electric vehicles.

Please note that the lower part of the house cannot be accessed from the interior. It must be entered and exited separately, as it consists of independent spaces.
