Convenient location, seemed a bit paranoid re neighbors' reactions. we had no problems, parking was adequate for at least 4 cars out front. Pots & pans were well used, but seemed clean. VERY hot the week we were here but the AC worked great.

Great stay in the neighborhood we grew up in. Our party of ten, four generations, enjoyed the home. Very clean and comfortable and a great central location. We will stay there again.

This property was amazing!! I have nothing bad to say except I wish I had an excuse to stay longer. Bedrooms were comfortable, living area and kitchen were a great place to talk and catch up, and if wasn’t for the rain, we would have spent time in the fantastic backyard. Highly recommend this property and looking forward to staying in the future. Cheers!

Cute, updated, and comfortable place for we six girlfriends to stay! Plenty of beds with comfortable mattresses and plenty of towels too! We enjoyed the location! Close to downtown and Bidwell Park! We would recommend staying here to any group of friends or families!

The house was lovely and had everything we needed and more. It was perfect for the 6 adults. We came to build a wheelchair ramp for our brother who lives in Chico, and the house was close and convenient to him.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We found the layout perfect, with the big kitchen/living/dining area and our infants loved roaming around on the upstairs bean bags. The house was thoroughly clean and kitchen well stocked with everything you need. We were walking distance from parks and downtown. When staying in Chico, it meets the needs for families.

We stayed with multiple couples and we all felt like we had enough space to comfortably relax. Such a wonderful space for hanging out with friends. It had a great outdoor space and 3 bathrooms. Overall a wonderful stay.

We recently rented this property for our family to stay to attend my daughter's bridal shower taking place in Chico. It was perfect for our needs and had plenty of room for our group. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time…the layout of the house and backyard space was incredible for our crew ranging in age from 17mo. to 68. Stocked with games for all ages, and a beautiful kitchen, dining and LR that made whole group hangouts perfect!! We may be back up in Chico again, and if we are we’ll book this house again, no question. Our hosts were great! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed the space! No complaints, everything worked as described, no issues with any funcion of the home. Very comfy beds and the kitchen was pretty well stocked :) the open floorplan of the LR and kitchen was nice for watching TV while cooking, and there was plenty of space for us to have privacy as a group of 4 staying there for a work trip. Also, great communication from the host :)

This home is even better than pictured! Like brand new, plenty of space and different areas for everyone. Nice backyard! Close to stores and good restaurants and Capers Acres. 10/10 would go here again!

This house was perfect for our large family. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms worked out just right for everyone. We had fun playing in the spacious backyard with our Grandkids. We would definitely recommend this house if you are going to visit Chico.

The house was great! Very nicely updated and well furnished. Plenty of room for our family and quite close to everything Chico has to offer. The house was very clean, all appliances and furniture were new, and the hosts were excellent. Overall a great experience!

This house was perfectly spacious for our 6 person group. Mattresses were all very comfortable with soft, smooth sheets. Additional fluffy white bath towels, blankets, kitchen towels, pillows, and other linens were available. The kitchen had enough plates, cups, and silverware for us. Salt, pepper, oil, spices, coffee, and tea, were available. The provided Teflon cookware is adequate for smaller groups – larger or more intricate meals may need some creativity. Anthony and Ava gave quick, friendly responses as needed and have addressed items pointed out in earlier reviews. I would definitely book this property again – plus was asked for the listing by several other out of town relatives who stopped by.
