“Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! Hospitality and warmth with an attitude of "how can I help?" for every slight irk one might have during the booking process and stay, they emulate the "Mi casa, su casa" vibe at every step and every minute of the stay. Thankyou Mr. Lenny at booking and Amit at the property for making our short stay a memory of a lifetime.”

“FOUR DAYS HOSTED IN SIOLIM HOUSE
We fell in love with the images showing on the website, but nothing could be further from reality.
Very neglected Hotel, whole house needs a better maintenance.
The Superior Room ("Macao") and bathroom need a deep cleaning, sheets and towels old and torn, no wifi available in room. We did not have bathwater the morning we were leaving and the manager only said "So sorry".
If you don't reserve your dinner early morning the restaurant service will not...
