"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel during my trip to China. The facilities were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made it a great place to relax after long days of travel and work. What truly made the difference, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. I would especially like to thank Lily, Quaint G., and Ivy, who were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. They went out of their way to help with anything I needed and always did so with a warm and welcoming attitude. Their support made my experience much smoother and far more enjoyable. Customer service like this is not easy to find, and their dedication reflects very positively on the hotel. Thanks again to Lily, Quaint G., and Ivy for making my stay memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area."
