“Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless. It took an hour for them to realise we might be in the restaurant for food! I wish I was joking. Literally no idea why we might be there! Other hotel amenities are extortionate...

“这是第二次入住，因为第一次住宿感觉非常好，这次朋友聚会选的这里。硬件都很棒，房间大。服务也还是很好的。只是周边没有什么可玩儿的，冬天蓟县滑雪场也不大。感觉春天秋天更合适，有农家乐和采摘，在这里住一晚就更完美了。这次是冬天入住，晚上的游泳池水温稍凉，其他的都无可挑剔了。”
