“Hele lieve mensen, alleen is dit geen hostel maar een plek waar Chinezen op een kluitje wonen op zoek naar een baan. Niemand spreekt Engels. Het is zeker een manier om te ontdekken hoe het merendeel van de Chinezen in Shanghai leven. Maar ik ben blij dat ik een andere plek heb gevonden, wat zeker niet makkelijk was zonder internet of toegang tot Googlemaps.”

“El hostel es muy barato, pero la habitación es muy vieja, el suelo y las paredes son como las de un trastero. La pared estaba llena de mosquitos espachurrados. Las paredes son de papel y se oye todo. La puerta de seguridad que lleva a las habitaciones no cerraba bien, con lo que cualquiera podía entrar.”

“I booked a private room and the price was really reasonable, both the bar downstairs and the hotel is very clean and the staff are professional and friendly. I actually was so impressed with the hotel and staff, I extended my stay at Sonderia twice. “Great little place close to the metro and restaurants, area is quite local. They had luggage storage. There was no air con so the sleeping pods will probably be pretty hot in the summer.”

“I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. ”

“L'hôtel n'existe pas. Tout est faux : l adresse, le téléphone, la position Google. La police locale ne les connait pas. Pire ils refusent le remboycar vous ne les trouvez pas.”

“This is by far the nicest hostel in Guilin. And at it’s incredibly reasonable prices, this Hostel is definitely the most cost effective, comfortable, and well located one in the area. The service was great, and the rooms were spotless. It was definitely a good decision.”
