“The place was clean upon arrival. There were somebody else’s socks left outside but no biggie. I was hoping there would be a blender but there wasn’t but again no biggie! Everything worked, the TVs, the AC, the hot tub etc. And the kids had a blast in the game room. So over all it was a great family trip! Would definitely stay here again! ”

“The house was super clean, and decorated so beautifully! Everything was explained thoroughly by the owners. Out of all the vacation houses we rented before, Matt’s house was the cleanest, even to the dishes. The views from the huge living room windows are absolutely stunning. It was raining/snowing when we stayed but we got to enjoy the house! The heating works great, my family stayed in the lower level but it was very warm. We hope to come back in the summertime! Thank you Matt & Wendy!”

“We had a good week at the UP Cabin. The only issues we had from a cleanliness perspective were not the fault of the property owner, it seems the tenants before us were a little sloppy and managed to leave behind some things. Had a plumbing issue during the week but the owner had it taken care of ASAP for us, very much appreciated. They have done a nice job with the house for sure. Love the wood panel walls and ceiling, and the kitchen is REALLY well stocked for your stay. Our kids really enjoyed...

“I would experience at this property was really good. The property being part of a gated community served its great purpose. It was quiet, dark exactly what we were looking for. There were a few hurdles, such as delays at the gate when we are coming back and finding the trash area. Rest was all good.”
