The room was very clean, fully equipped and very comfy. The best thing was the breakfast, they had a lot of choices, it was very fresh and delicious. For the price, everything was unbelievable. It's also very close to assateague by car. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The only detail is that the room where the breakfast is served is a little small so it gets a little crowded, but it's not a big issue.

You get what you pay for but overall a decent place. The bathroom is outdated and I’m pretty sure they left the shampoo and conditioner from the previous people but the room was a good price and close to walk to food and stuff. Would stay there again for the price.

We booked a King Deluxe room, 2 adults, no kids. Great stay for the price. Was a little noisy 1 out of 3 nights, but that can happen anywhere, and the room itself could use more lighting. That aside, it's centrally located for all our favorites, Capt. Zacks, Steamers, Island Creamery, etc. and it right on the trolley route. Staff was very friendly.

Staff was very nice and couldn’t beat the price. Room was clean and looked to be recently renovated. Parking was free and tons of places to eat within walking distance. I’d recommend this place!

Close to Beach, Steamers and Community Center. Hot water didn’t work, door barely locked, smelled musty, and way out of date. It worked for a place to sleep for the night.

Absolutely loved this property and our room was very clean when we arrived. Staff was so friendly. Only thing id probably have to complain about was the ice machine was broken down when we arrived so having to buy a disposable cooler and 4 bags of ice throughout our trip was a little annoying but we ended up making the best out of it!

The room was excellent, and the only thing that I shared with the staff and owner was the need for more power outlets, especially for charging phones. Other than that, it was an exceptional stay.

Toppenställe med otrolig personal! Vi var helt genomblöta och behövde torka stövlar och skinnställ. Så personalen ger oss en extra hårtork vilket räddade oss inför nästa dags etapp! Dessutom helt ok frukost med riktigt bra kaffe🙂

Awful experience. Got two rooms for the weekend and both were a mess. One shower did not work at all, the entry light didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t open all the way. The employees were short with me and rude. Terrible experience. Do NOT recommend

We have stayed with this hotel many times in the past. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel staff was accommodating and great.

The staff and owner were very nice. The door to the first room gave a clear view to the outside when ot was closed because a part of the trim was missing. There was another reason why they gave me another room, but I don't remember what it was. The TV in the second room didn't work so they gave me an upgraded third room. I would point out that there was a light bulb out in the bathroom and a lamp which didn't work, so I traded out the bulbs before I realized that the TV didn't work. The toilet in the third room initially didn't flush, but it came around on the fourth attempt. The owner was kind to both upgrade my room and take something off the bill, which pleased me. The (third) room was quiet, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. But I probably wouldn't go back because of the condition of the property.

Everything was great, check in was great as well as check out. The only thing that bothered me (certainly not a deal breaker) but the door of the bathroom was I guess falling apart so opening it and closing it was kind of a hassle but like I said it’s certainly nothing bad at all. The employees were very kind and informative, I’d love to stay here again. The location is also in a great spot, it’s kind of in the middle of everything we wanted to do so that worked out great.

The good and the bad
Great location, good price, friendly staff. The security latch was broken, the ice machine wasn't working, and the drink vending machine looked like it hadn't worked in some time.

This motel was so under- staffed that they forgot to restock coffee, towels, etc. The bathroom floor tiles were broken. We couldn’t lock our door because the lock was broken.

The door to the room was not secure, i could open door with a credit card because the door was so off center, the ice machine did not work. The cleaning Personel did not come to clean our room during stay. On the positive side the shower water pressure was great and the office Personel were pleasant and helpful.
