Newly renovated water view cottage nestled in the pines.

  • Newly renovated charming two bedroom one bath cottage on Chincoteague Island, Virginia. This cottage features an open living and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings, and a large private yard. Breathtaking views of Sheepshead creek and all the waterfowl that call it home. You will be just minutes from the beach and just steps from the water. The Assateague light house is viewable from the property as well as all the wildlife that Chincoteague Island has to offer. This property is only a two minute walk to kayak rentals. We are sure you will enjoy your stay at our secluded little piece of paradise!

Our stay at this cottage was so amazing

Me and three of my friends wanted a weekend stay at the beach and definitely chose the right house! Beautifully decorated clean house, we loved every minute in it and would definitely book it again

Loved the experience!

The property is in a great location in respect to the town if you don't mind a short walk/bike ride! Also it gives a good view of the water and light house. Place is very nice and would love to visit again!

4th year stay

My mom, sister and I have stayed here for the last 4 years. It’s the perfect spot to have a quiet, relaxing vacation while still at the beach. Lindsay and her husband are great hosts! We can’t wait to go back next year!

This is our third time staying at this property. Everything was clean and tidy, and the beach decor made us really feel like we were on vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and close to multiple key locations we visit when we come to the island. Thanks for a great stay!
