The double bedroom , large and bright, is one of the most spectacular rooms in the house. The large bed is framed by a suggestive blue wall decorated with gold patterns, while the pink details, the wardrobe and the spaces dedicated to personal effects complete an original and comfortable environment.
The second bedroom , more cozy and functional, has a single bed and is characterized by a particular blue wall decorated with gears and references to the world of watches. A practical desk also creates a pleasant corner dedicated to reading, studying or working.
The kitchen is separate, modern and fully equipped to allow guests to live their stay in full autonomy. It has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and washing machine , as well as a comfortable piano with seats where you can have breakfast or prepare a meal before setting out to discover the city.
The bathroom , modern and bright, is complete with a large shower box, sink, toilet and bidet . The window gives natural light to the room, while the particular botanical decoration of the shower area adds an additional stylish detail.
The apartment also has air conditioning and a TV , offering everything you need to relax and feel at ease during your stay.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and respect the structure, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the rest of your neighbors by avoiding annoying noises, loud music and noise, especially from 22:00 to 08:00.
No parties or events are allowed inside the apartment.
The apartment can only be occupied by registered guests at the time of booking.
It is recommended to take care of the furniture, appliances and all equipment in the accommodation.
Before going outside, make sure that lights, appliances, and stoves are turned off.
It is mandatory to carry out separate waste collection during your stay. The waste disposal bins are placed on the side of the road in the immediate vicinity of the house. We ask you to respect local guidelines for waste separation.
Do not leave waste inside the apartment at the end of your stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture and furnishings without authorization.
Any damage or malfunction must be notified to the owner promptly.
It is recommended to close doors and windows every time you leave the apartment.
Check-out must be done at the agreed time to allow cleaning and preparation of the accommodation for subsequent guests.
