“We stayed here for my son's high school graduation. It was very nice and clean and we had no issues at all. We didn't get to go to the beach bc it stormed the whole time, but what little break we did get we got to enjoy the pool! It has plenty of parking and is nicely located! We come to PCB every summer, would love to come back and or recommend to someone else!”

“We had a wonderful stay in the Sandpiper Cottage. (Our group included my hubby and I as well as our two college aged kids). There was plenty of space for everyone in the home. The kitchen was big enough for several of us to be in there preparing food at one time and there was plenty of space for dining as well. “We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that.”

“Good location. Clean and roomy. Condo complex across street had jack hammering starting at 8am. Semi trucks offloading materials parked in front of house, had to get them to move in order to get out of driveway. Grass looks like it hasn't been cut in weeks. For a property that advertised for up to 11 people, doesn't have enough flatware or towels. House has great layout and we would rent it again, but the manager needs to take better care of the property and the noise level will be much better...

We rented a golf cart and could get everywhere we needed to from this location. The property manager was very attentive and responded immediately to all of our questions.
