Definitely not a four star hotel. The beds felt like they were full of bricks, the shower leaked, and the walls are not insulated. Far from impressed.

Friendly staff, convenient location with a supermarket and an ATM nearby, decent breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Only downside is that the balcony in the room was tiny and looked into the backyard of someone's home but that was not much of a problem for us. Would return.

Excellent, clean hotel, friendly staff
The Regency Hotel is very clean (noticeably so) and I found it to be a very peaceful and calming environment to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I was very grateful for their assistance with some logistical issues I had during my trip. The hotel itself is situated in a part of the city that is quieter at night and I felt very safe there. It's easy walking distance to most things in the city. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

I like this hotel!
I really like this hotel, and I have stayed in it a few times already. The location is great, on a quiet street but very close to the center. Brekfast is tasty and the staff is wonderful.

Convenient and comfortable hotel in Chisinau
This is the second time that I've stayed at the Regency, and I highly recommend it if you're visiting Chisinau. It's centrally located on a rather quiet street, close to museums, restaurants, international organizations, and government buildings. There is also a grocery store with an ATM around the corner. If you are a runner, walker, or like to watch birds, the Regency is located near a number of parks. The rooms are spare but comfortable and well kept. There is a basic breakfast available. I have found the front desk personnel to be friendly and responsive.

Chisinau är ett mycket intressant och fascinerande resmål. Rekommenderas starkt! Vad gäller hotellet så är det i internationella mått mer av ett 3-stjärnigt hotell, men med det sagt så är det helt klart rekommenderat för att bo smidigt centralt nära till allt och trevlig personal.

Dear Guest! You choose a non-refundable rate for your booking, that clearly states that in case of no-show the penalty is 100% for your stay. It is not correct to give such a mark to our hotel without even staying with us. Also a simple email to us for waving the cancellation fee would have been enough to solve the issue.

Nice hotel in the city centre
Mid range hotel, with a good breakfast. The hotel was chosen as a last minute expedia search, for its cleanliness and price, although it is not the cheapest, but it is a good standard hotel.

Bra hotell i centrala Chisinau
Hotellet ligger i centrala delarna av Chisinau men området är tyst. Lätt att bege sig ut på egen hand och upptäcka staden. Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. Frukosten är varierande och ger en bra start på dagen. Rummet var bra med skön säng och bra badrum.
