House Rules & Information

- Check-in / Check-out: Check-in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM.
- Smoking & Cannabis: Smoking and cannabis use are not allowed inside the villa. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. A penalty charge of THB 10,000 applies for improper disposal or any related damage.
- Security Deposit: A refundable cash security deposit is required upon check-in and will be fully refunded at check-out, subject to inspection and no outstanding charges or damages.
THB 5,000 – 1–2 nights
THB 10,000 – 3–13 nights
THB 15,000 – 14–20 nights
THB 30,000 – 21–30 nights
THB 50,000 – More than 30 nights
Deposit must be paid in cash upon check-in.
- Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their party and will be required to cover repair or replacement costs.
- Housekeeping: Please keep the villa clean and tidy during your stay.
- Toilet Use: Please do not dispose of any items in the toilet bowl other than toilet paper.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the villa.
- Utilities: Electricity is charged at 6 THB/unit and water at 20 THB/unit. Usage will be calculated based on meter readings at check-in and check-out.
