“This review was for the bay gardens beach resort, as Sapphire was not opened when we went at the end of May/June. When we booked in Nov the previous year, it was supposed to open in Jan. When we checked directly with the resort in Apr, 6 weeks before our arrival, they further confirmed our room would be available. 3 weeks later, they said it would not be open and put us in 2 rooms at bay gardens. “The property is currently being renovated, many empty rooms/suites because of this but it's AWESOME! Sharing such a large gorgeous space with so few people was amazing, I booked 2 extra nights because of how quiet & peaceful it was there. The value is undeniable. Staff is friendly & helpful. There was definitely rowdy behavior in the common areas on the weekend but if you don't expect that now in the Caribbean idk what to tell you. It's the perfect balance!”

“This property advertised sleeping three people. However, there was only two cups, mugs, plates, forks, spoons, and knives. The plates were plastic and could not be used in the microwave. There was not ample pots/pans to prepare any meals. There was no barbecue grill as advertised. There was no garage parking as advertised. The TV didn't work to watch any shows or movies. Lastly, all the appliances ran off the same outlet and only one thing could be used at a time. If I was washing clothes, I...
