I booked a superior room which was very comfortable and clean. We overlooked the river and had a double aspect room (317). Staff were all very friendly and went out of their way to see that we were happy.

Staff were exemplary and everything the room was spotless and bed very comfy. one criticism no complimentary water in the fridge and the furniture housing the fridge in need of repair ( doors wouldn’t close after opening). Meal in Fratello’s very good and staff very attentive.

From entering the lobby which was lovely and beautifully decorated for Xmas to the friendly efficient reception staff to my great comfy, clean and facilitous room to a very nice dinner served by really great staff to a very nice breakfast and my check out where reception staff wished me a great day.. ...
